Student Services Administrator(Maternity Cover: Aug 2025- 31 Jan 2026)
Overview
The Student Services Administrator will provide and maintain professional, safe, and high quality student services to our community in our Primary School. This role includes coordinating and administering EPC transportation, as well as supporting cafeteria operations. The Student Services Administrator will also show the participation in Student Services teamwork and job rotation activities.
We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Student Services Administrator who is passionate about enhancing the student experience. You should bring strong administrative skills and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex tasks, juggling multiple priorities, and contributing to the smooth operation of student support services.
This is a Maternity Cover role from August 2025 to 31 January 2026.
Responsibilities
Transportation Support:
- Assisting in building up a reliable process for the bus service including but not limited to enrolment, change request, routes management and billing and collection
- Ensure Transportation Policy and is fully complied and Bus Charter is up to date.
- Ensure service providers’ performance meet all contractual obligations are met, including the qualifications of drivers/bus monitors, registration and conditions of buses, training and insurances.
- Monitor the conduct of drivers, bus monitors, students on the buses and maintain records of incidents (accidents, misbehaviour, etc);
- Maintain a good record of bus operations and ensure the monthly service fee calculation is accurate and pays on schedule.
- Providing information and reports requested by the line manager.
- Work closely with all members within the Student Service Office.
- Support to monitor the service delivery and quality of the contract with service provider(s) including the supervision of Bus Monitors, bus companies and catering services providers.
- Support to contact parents and students for Transportation/ Cafeteria service related matters.
- Cross-functional communication or cooperation in dealing with any transportation and Cafeteria related matters.
- Support and coordinate with the Bus Monitors and outsourcing bus drivers.
Student Services projects or other assignments:
- Job rotation within the team as to Cafeteria/CCA Program function.
- Support team members to resolve problems and issues with other departments and parents.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Student Services Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of working experience and hold a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Chinese is essential, and the candidate should also demonstrate intermediate-level skills in English.
